My User has no seat assigned

biGENIUS-X includes a feature that allows you to unassign a Seat to a User (see Manage Users).

 If your User has no seat assigned, you will see the following message after a connection attempt:

Contact the owner of your Organization or biGENIUS support at support@bigenius-x.com.
