There are several keyboard shortcuts to speed up interactions within biGENIUS-X.
Dataflow Modeling overview
The following keyboard shortcuts are available:
- TAB:
- If nothing is marked, mark the Model Object
- If something is marked, mark the next element in the following order:
- Model Object
- First Source Term
- Arrow Up / Arrow Down: If a Term is marked, select the previous/next one
- Enter / Double Click: If an element is marked, execute the first action on the Context menu of the element
- ESC: Unmark if marked and close the side panel window if opened
- DEL: Perform the Delete action on the marked element (if available)
Term overview
The following keyboard shortcuts are available:
- TAB: Mark the Source Model Object
- Arrow Up / Arrow Down: If a Term is marked, select the previous/next one

- Arrow Up / Arrow Down:
- If a Model Object is marked, mark its first Term
- If a Term is marked, select the previous/next one for the same Model Object
- Enter / Double Click: if an element is marked, execute the first action on the Context menu of the element
- ESC: Unmark if marked and close the side panel window if opened
- DEL: Perform the Delete action on the marked element (if available)
