SaaS Application Release - January 2026 (documentation in progress)
Duplicate Model Object with Type Selection
You can now duplicate a model object, including all related dataflows, dataflow sets, and source model objects, while choosing a different target model object type.
This significantly reduces manual rework when creating similar structures.
Source Model Object Naming – Prefix Rules
Define prefix rules directly on a Source System. These prefixes are automatically applied to all newly created Source Model Objects, ensuring consistent
and standardized naming.
AI-Powered Descriptions (Preview Feature)
Generate term descriptions with AI and keep your documentation up to date with minimal effort.
This feature is currently available as a preview. If you are interested, please contact us to get access.
Customizable Historization Types
Historization types can now be preselected based on custom configurations
Show Local Git Artifacts
Artifacts that are already generated and stored in the Git repository are now visible directly in the UI.
Business Keys & Historization – Single Edit Step
Editing Business Keys and historization types is now more intuitive:
- When a Business Key is set, incompatible historization types are automatically removed
- Conflicting fields are disabled to prevent invalid configurations
Re-export Data Contracts – Version Selection
When re-exporting data contracts to the Data Marketplace, you can now define the next version:
- Choose Next Patch Version
- Or select Specific Version, which enables manual version input
Index Management per Part
Indexes can now be defined at the part level rather than per model object. This allows you to manage default and custom indexes more granularly
and aligns better with complex modeling scenarios.
In addition to the features above, we eliminated unnecessary and empty commits and improved commit message consistency.
This release includes performance optimizations and general UX/UI improvements across the application to ensure a faster, smoother, and more intuitive user experience.
