Model a Stage JDBC Solution
Generalities
The DataVault and DataVault and Mart Generators based on Spark (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Databricks) use Parquet format files as source.
But in some cases, you may have, for example, a Microsoft SQL Server database as Source.
For this purpose, the Stage JDBC Generators are available.
They allow to load data from a JDBC source (Microsoft SQL Server database, Postgres database, MySQL database...) into a Stage Layer composed of target Parquet files.
Then you can use these Parquet files as Source files for the DataVault and DataVault and Mart Generators.
