Manage User Roles

If you click on the User icon, the Administration menu is displayed.

In this menu, you can manage the User Roles:

Header

In the Role Management header, you can:

Your user should have permission to Role Management > Manage Role.

Content

The list of User Roles of your Organization is displayed in the Role Management page content along with the corresponding Features and Permissions for each Feature.

Each User Role can be granted authorization (with a checked box) or denied authorization (with an unchecked box) for:

  • All Permissions associated with a Feature, or
  • Only specific Permissions within a Feature

Each Organization includes 4 User Roles (Admin, Modeler, Owner, and Viewer) by default. These default Roles cannot be edited or deleted.
