Manage Project settings and Generator configuration

Change Project Settings

To change the Project Settings and the Generator Configuration, click on the Project Settings menu on the navigation bar:

The Project Settings side panel window is opened:

You can update the following information:

1. The Project Main Properties:
   1. Metadata repository
      1. You can click on the arrow icon to open the repository in a new tab
   2. Repository Location
      1. Can be Remote or Demo. See Create a Project for more information.
   3. Configuration and Current Version of the Generator
      1. If you are not using the last version of the Generator Configuration, a button UPDATE to invites you to upgrade your Generator version. See Upgrade a Generator Version for more details.
2. The Project Properties and Custom Properties grouped by Custom Property Group:
   1. The Project Properties depend on the Generator Configuration. In this example, 2 Historization Properties are available for a Project with the Microsoft SQL Server - Data Vault Generator.
   2. The Project Custom Properties: You defined these in the Manage Custom Properties page for the Entity Type Project. In this example, 1 Custom Property is available for a Project
3. The Layers Custom Properties: These are the ones you defined in the Manage Custom Properties page for the Entity Type Layer
4. You can access the Advanced Settings overview page by clicking the Advanced Settings button.

Click on the SAVE button:

A notification confirms the correct update:
