If you click on the Notifications icon located on the left-hand side of the navigation bar, it will display the list of notifications for the connected user.
From this menu, you can:
- Acknowledge new Notifications
- View the Notifications
- View Notification details
- Clear a single Notification
- Clear all Notifications
Acknowledge new Notifications
When Notifications are available, the Notification icon displays a red indicator:
View the Notifications
Green Notifications are general Notifications.
Red Notifications are errors or warnings.
View Notification details
When you click on the Get more information link for a notification:
A pop-up with the Notification details is displayed.
- A title
- In this example: "No valid git credentials for the metadata repository were found."
- A description
- In this example: "You can set/change them in the overview in the project settings."
Clear a single Notification
When you hover over a Notification, a new icon appears:
Clicking on the Delete icon clears the notification: it disappears from the Notification list.
Clear all Notifications
When you click on the Clear All Notifications link, all Notifications will be removed. The Notification list is now empty.
The Notifications are stored in the local storage of the browser. If you clear it, they will not appear anymore.
