I lost my password

If your connection attempt fails (you have lost your password or cannot connect), click on the Trouble with your Password link.

This will open the Reset your password page.

Fill in your email and click the Reset button.

This will initiate the password reset process.

The Password reset successful page is opened:

You should receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
