How do I cancel my biGENIUS-X account
Cancel Account - Last modiefied 2023-08-24
You can cancel a paid subscription any time. However, if you cancel or downgrade a paid subscription, you'll continue to be charged for the duration of the commitment length in your contract, which may differ from your billing frequency.
If you're moving away from biGENIUS entirely, the following account types require a cancellation request:
Partner accounts
Customer accounts
Please send a non-renewal, downgrade or cancel notice to sales@bigenius-x.com with your cancellation reasons, your biGENIUS-X account name and the name and email of the owner of the account. We will come back to you as soon as possible to clarify all the further steps.
