Generate for a specific Dataflow Modeling View
To generate the artifacts for a specific Dataflow Modeling view, follow these steps:
On the Dataflow Modeling overview, expand the Dataflow Dataflow Modeling View list.
Click on the Generate current view option:
This will generate the artifacts for the Model Objects included in the view, and a notification will be displayed:
Once the generation is complete, a link will appear, allowing you to download the generated artifacts.
Clicking the Download link will create and download a zip file containing the Generated Artifacts for the Dataflow Modeling View. The file will be saved to the default download location set in your web browser.
The zip file name follows this format, incorporating the view name along with the download date and time: [View name]-YYYYMMDDmmHHSS
Unzip the folder. It should look like the following:
Depending on the Generator Configuration used, you can now:
- Review the contents of the Generated Artifacts
- Deploy the Generated Artifacts (only for the Model Objects included in the Dataflow Modeling View)
The artifacts generated for a specific Dataflow Modeling View include only the SQL scripts needed to deploy the target Model Objects.
Please note that load control is not included.
