The **Context** menu is displayed: ![](https://knowledge.bigenius-x.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-06-2025-03-47-55-8986-PM.png?width=688&height=57&name=image-png-Mar-06-2025-03-47-55-8986-PM.png) Click on the **Context** menu for a **Custom Default Term** and select the **Edit** option: ![](https://knowledge.bigenius-x.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-06-2025-03-48-17-1068-PM.png?width=688&height=98&name=image-png-Mar-06-2025-03-48-17-1068-PM.png) The **Edit Default Term** side panel window is opened: ![](https://knowledge.bigenius-x.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-03-2024-12-45-12-0344-PM.png?width=551&height=645&name=image-png-Jul-03-2024-12-45-12-0344-PM.png) You can edit the following information: 1. **Name**: Custom Default Term name 2. **Naming Convention** (*optional*): you can Display the list of **possible placeholders** for the Naming Convention by hovering over the information icon: ![](https://knowledge.bigenius-x.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-29-2024-12-55-34-1940-PM.png?width=688&height=123&name=image-png-May-29-2024-12-55-34-1940-PM.png) You can use these placeholders to create a Naming Convention for the Custom Default Term. 3. **Description** (*optional*): Custom Default Term description 4. **Parts per Model Object Type**: Depending on the Model Object Type, the list of Model Object Type parts is available in a list 1.
