Download Generated Artifacts
To download Generated Artifacts, access the Generation overview page of a Project:
or for a View:
If you have already generated artifacts for your project's current Branch or a dedicated Data Modeling View, the last generation is always displayed, and you can download the previous Generated Artifacts.
To download the Artifacts, two possibilities:
- Click on the Download button
- For the complete Project only, click on the Context menu and select the Download menu:
A zip file with the Generated Artifacts is created and downloaded in the default download location set for your Web Browser as:
or for a View:
For a complete Generation, the zip file name respects the following format according to the download date and time: [Project name]_[Branch_name]_YYMMDDmmHHSS
For a View Generation, the zip file name follows this format, incorporating the Project name, the Feature Branch name, and the View name along with the download date and time: [Project name]_[Feature Branch name]_[View name]_YYMMDDmmHHSS
Unzip the folder. It should look like the following (depending on the Generator Configuration):
or for a View:
You can now, depending on the Generator Configuration used:
- Understand what the Generated Artifacts are made of
- Depending on the Generation:
- Complete Generation: Deploy the Generated Artifacts
- View Generation: Deploy the Generated Artifacts (partial deployment) (only for the Model Objects included in the Dataflow Modeling View)
The artifacts generated for a specific Dataflow Modeling View include only the scripts to deploy the target Model Objects.
Please note that load control is not included.
It will soon be available.
