Then, fill in the following information:
- Name: discovery name
- Example: MySQL_classicmodels
- Server: host and port to connect to the database
- Example: localhost:3306
- Database: database name
- Example: classicmodels
- Authentication Type: must be MySQL Authentication
- User: user who can connect to the database
- Example: root
- Password: password of the user
