Name: discovery name
- Example: MySQL_classicmodels
Server: host and port to connect to the database
- Example: localhost:3306
Database: database name
- Example: classicmodels
Authentication Type: must be MySQL Authentication
User: user who can connect to the database
- Example: root
Password: password of the user
