Clear the local Git cache for a Project
If you encounter any git desynchronization between your Browser cache and your git repository storage, clearing the local git cache must resolve them.
It can also be helpful if you have many big Projects in the Browser cache and want to improve your Browser performance.
Clear the local Git cache
To clear the local Git cache for a Project, access the Solutions and Projects overview page:
Open the context menu on a Project and select the Clear local git cache option:
When you open a Project Branch, the Project metadata is cached in an Indexed DB inside the Web Browser to offer fast calculation and generation:
Clearing the Git cache means deleting the Project Indexed DB.
A notification will confirm that the cache was cleared.
The biGENIUS-X application is re-loaded.
