The Default Term named BG_DataQuality_ID contains the cleanse row id.

If you migrated a Project from version X to a version 1.10.X or higher, the default column is still named BG_Cleanse_ID. You can rename it to BG_DataQuality_ID in the Advanced Settings if needed.
